Telehealth therapy for Oregonians

Local therapist. Statewide access.

Griffin Oakley Curious Mind Counseling_e

I'm based in the Portland Metro area and licensed in Oregon. I'm not a national telehealth platform — I'm a local therapist who works remotely so I can serve clients anywhere in the state. Whether you're in Portland or a rural town three hours away, you get the same quality of care.

It doesn't matter where in Oregon you are.

Oregon has a mental health access problem outside the metro area. Good therapists are concentrated in Portland and Eugene — and if you're in Bend, Medford, Astoria, or anywhere in between, your options get thin fast. Telehealth changes that. If you have internet and a private space, we can work together.

Insurance plans accepted

I accept most major Oregon insurance plans, including Medicaid through OHP. Accessing quality mental health care in Oregon shouldn't depend on your zip code or your income. Get in touch if you're not sure whether your plan is covered.

Why telehealth works

You don't have to drive across town, sit in a waiting room, or rearrange your whole day.

You log on, we do the work, you log off.

The therapy itself is the same — the logistics are just easier.

Based in Portland

I'm Griffin — a therapist based in the Portland Metro area, licensed throughout Oregon. I've lived here long enough to understand the state, the culture, and the particular gaps in mental health access outside the metro area. Wherever you are in Oregon, you get the same quality of care.

If you're in Oregon and ready to do the work — I'm here
