Florida telehealth therapy

In-network with UnitedHealthcare. Anywhere in the state.

You don't have to be falling apart to want this.

Most of the people I work with are functioning fine on paper. The job holds. The relationships mostly hold. Nobody's worried about them. They're just tired of carrying something that hasn't moved in years — and quietly wondering how much longer they're supposed to manage it.

If you've read the books, you have the insight, and none of it has changed anything, that's the work I do.

How it works

Every session is telehealth. Miami, Tampa, Jacksonville, Orlando, Naples, Sarasota, St. Pete, Tallahassee — or somewhere nobody outside the county has heard of. If you have internet and a door that closes, we can work.

Start with a free 15-minute video consult. I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit. If I'm not, I'll point you toward someone who is.

What makes this different

Most therapy stays on the surface. You talk, you feel heard, and by Thursday you're back in the same pattern.

I go after where the pattern came from. Childhood trauma, CPTSD, attachment wounds, grief, and the identity questions that follow people well into midlife — that's my actual specialty, not a line on a list. My training runs through trauma-focused approaches, attachment theory, parts work, and somatic awareness, and I use what fits you instead of running you through a protocol.

If you've tried therapy before and walked away feeling like nothing shifted — this is usually why.

Insurance plans accepted

I accept United Healthcare in the State of Florida. Private pay options are available.

No waiting room.
No running into anyone.

You log on from your house, your office, or your car if that's the only door that locks today. Nobody watches you walk into a building. The session is private, secure, and yours.

Not a national platform

I spent 20 years in Florida before I moved to Oregon. I know the state — the transplants, the reinvention, the heat, the particular loneliness of a place where almost everyone arrived from somewhere else.

I kept my Florida license on purpose.
