Florida is home to some of the most driven, high-achieving people in the country — finance executives, founders, entrepreneurs, retirees who built empires before they ever thought about slowing down. People who have optimized everything in their lives and are only now realizing that the one thing they haven't dealt with is the thing running everything else. If that's where you are — and you're ready to actually do something about it — I'm the right fit.
How it works
All sessions are via telehealth. You connect from Miami, Palm Beach, Naples, Tampa, Sarasota, St. Petersburg — or anywhere else in Florida. No commute, no office, no rearranging your day. Just focused, private, clinical work from wherever you are.
What makes this different
Most therapy stays on the surface. You talk, you feel heard, and then you're back to the same patterns by Thursday. That's not what I do. I'm trained in trauma-focused approaches, attachment theory, polyvagal theory, parts work, and somatic awareness — the frameworks that go after what's actually driving the patterns, not just the patterns themselves. If you've tried therapy before and walked away feeling like nothing really shifted, this is why.
Investment
I'm a self-pay practice in Florida. Sessions start at $170. I do not accept insurance in Florida, which means no insurance company directing your care, no limits on what we can address, and complete confidentiality. If you want to talk through rates before committing, get in touch.

The standard you expect
I spent 20 years in Florida before relocating to Oregon. I know the culture, the communities, and what life there actually looks like — the ambition, the reinvention, the particular pressures that come with building something in a state that moves at its own pace. I kept my Florida license because the work I do is exactly what this population deserves access to.
