How we work

Therapy that works around your life

Secure, private, and flexible. Sessions happen wherever you are in Oregon — your home, your car, your lunch break. No commute, no waiting room

Services Tailored for Your Journey

I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. What we work on and how we work on it is built around you — your history, your patterns, your goals
